Espantaho (Scarecrow)

During the nine days vigil (pasiyam) and wake (paglalamay) at the Lazatin-Henson-Katigbak Mansion, food and drinks are served. Narrative sequences from Monet and Rosa’s mourning of patriarch Pabling where a horrifying secrecy and an evil death plot surface, even during the funeral procession, carrying of the hearse and entombment in the Catholic cemetery.

The story of Monet and her mother Rosa, who are mourning over the death of the family patriarch Pabling. During the nine days of pasiyam, dark secrets and a malevolent plot start to unravel.
